Firstly, thanks for your interest in my books. It always makes my heart grow a size when i hear about people in Europe embracing the books and helping to promote the project. I wish we could offer presales from my website but the shipping costs made it too difficult to figure out a flat rate and so we thought the cheapest and easiest way for people outside of North America to get the book is through Amazon or your local bookstores. I notice that Amazon ca is offering presales now so I’m guessing that the others will soon too. Thanks for getting in touch, Pot On! 🙂 Mary
